END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA as "You") and Elaker Software ("LICENSOR").
1) Elaker MP3 Cutter Joiner is a shareware. The downloaded package is a full function version. But before registration you can only operate 30 seconds for each cutting and 10 minutes for each joining. You can distribute the downloaded unregistered copy without any modification in any way you like but you can't distribute any of your registration information or any crack program. A single license is for one computer.

2) All audio and other content accessed through Elaker MP3 Cutter Joiner is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright law. This Agreement gives you no rights to such content.

3) You can ONLY use the output files generated by Elaker MP3 Cutter Joiner for personal purpose.

4) Elaker MP3 Cutter Joiner is provided "as-is," without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the author be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
